PILATES TRAINING REGULATIONS (04.2024)

 

1. The condition for being allowed to participate in a Pilates training session is to submit a completed and signed questionnaire by the training participant before the first training session.

2. Pregnant women are obliged to have the consent of the doctor supervising the pregnancy to perform physical activity such as pilates.

3. The client is obliged to inform the Pilates teacher about any health problems or health conditions in order to adjust the type of exercises and their intensity to the health condition of the exerciser.

4. The client should arrive on time for the scheduled training session.

5. Pilates training lasts a maximum of 55 minutes (for one person or for a duo). If a client is late for a Pilates training session, the delay time will be deducted from the regular training time.

6. An scheduled Pilates training session may be canceled without any consequences by both parties with 24 hours' notice.

7. If the client does not inform the teacher about the cancellation of the training before the agreed date in less than 24 hours, the pilates training will be deemed completed by the teacher.

8. If the pilates teacher does not inform the client about the cancellation of the training before the agreed date in less than 24 hours, the client will receive 1 free personal training.

9. If the teacher is up to 20 minutes late for an agreed training session with a client, the trainer will continue the training until the end of the training free of charge.

10. If the client fails to show up for Pilates training, the training will be considered completed by the teacher.

11. If the teacher fails to show up for personal training, the client receives 1 free personal training.

12. Payment for training is made by bank transfer or in cash at the studio. Training dates are agreed directly with the teacher.

13. Training fees should be paid in advance, no later than on the day of the start of the first training.

14. The client has the right to designate another person who may benefit from the scheduled and paid personal training only if the teacher is informed about it in advance.

15. In the event of his/her unavailability, the teacher has the right to propose training with another teacher indicated by him/her, but this must be subject to the client's acceptance.

16. The terms of validity of training packages are included in the price list and packages section. Extension of the validity period of the pass is only possible in the case of a certificate of inability to attend training due to health reasons.

17. If it is not possible to use the training package, it can be given as a gift or sold to another person; such a request should be reported to the teacher in advance.

18. During training, you must wear sports clothes that do not restrict your freedom of movement; pilates training takes place without shoes.

19. If the client's unusual ailments are revealed during training, he or she may be asked for additional medical consultation. In special cases, training may be suspended until a doctor makes a diagnosis.

20. The client signs the training card after personal training.

21. Booking a training/lesson does not apply to booking a studio. Other training/lessons may be held in the studio at the same time, while maintaining mutual respect for other clients and equipment.

22. The client is obliged to put the used equipment back in its place and disinfect it, according to the teacher's instructions.

23. Both the trainer and the client will make every effort to ensure that the client's goals are achieved.

24. Purchasing a training package constitutes acceptance of the regulations.
